Damaged or Defective Items

If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the items to BAGKILLERS store for a full refund or replacement. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

To get the refund, customers notify:
